Welcome to Aviora. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Aviora is an AI-powered travel companion that generates itineraries, recommendations and travel information. It is a planning and guidance tool — not a travel agent, booking provider, or official source of legal, visa, health or safety information.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. AI-generated content & accuracy

Itineraries, prices, travel times, place details, weather and visa guidance are generated using AI and third-party data. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always verify critical details — visas and entry rules, opening hours, prices, bookings, health and safety — with official and primary sources before you rely on them or travel.

4. Bookings & third parties

Aviora may link to third-party services (e.g. accommodation and experience providers) and may earn a commission on bookings made through those links, at no extra cost to you. Any booking is a contract between you and that provider, subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don't use Aviora for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

6. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing and renewal terms are shown at purchase and managed through your app store account. Cancellations and refunds follow the relevant app store's policies.

7. Intellectual property

Aviora and its branding, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own travel planning.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviora is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Always exercise your own judgement when travelling.

10. Changes & termination

We may update the service or these terms over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using Aviora and delete your account at any time.
